TeeMatch — Golf Las Vegas Score Calculator

1. Acceptance

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the app "TeeMatch" ("the App"), operated by SundayBack9 ("the Operator"). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.

2. Service Description

The App is a tool for calculating scores using the Las Vegas method in golf. It provides:

• Las Vegas scoring and point calculation
• Game result saving and history viewing
• Player statistics management
• Other features the Operator may add from time to time

3. Accounts

The App offers optional sign-in via Google or Apple. Some features require sign-in. You are responsible for managing your account. The Operator is not liable for any damages resulting from unauthorised use of your account.

4. Subscriptions & In-App Purchases

The App offers the following paid plans:

• Monthly Subscription (TeeMatch PRO): Auto-renews monthly. Includes a 14-day free trial for first-time subscribers.
• Lifetime Plan: A one-time purchase granting permanent access to all PRO features.

Payments are processed through the Apple App Store. Unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the free trial, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan.

You can manage or cancel your subscription in iOS Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions.

5. Prohibited Activities

You must not:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Interfere with the operation of the App
• Infringe the rights of other users or third parties
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Attempt unauthorised access
• Engage in any other activity the Operator deems inappropriate

6. Disclaimer

The Operator makes no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for purpose of the App. The Operator shall not be liable for any damages arising from use of the App.

The App is a scoring aid and does not guarantee calculation accuracy. You are responsible for verifying final scores.

7. Service Changes & Termination

The Operator may modify, suspend, or discontinue the App at any time without prior notice.

8. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights relating to the App belong to the Operator or their rightful owners.

9. Changes to These Terms

The Operator may amend these Terms as necessary. Updated Terms take effect when published on this page.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts where the Operator is located.
